MASERU- Lesotho government has finally opened doors for every Mosotho to get vaccinated as of 25 August, 2021.
“Everyone can now get vaccinated at the nearest clinic” read a notice by National Covid-19 Secretariat (NACOSEC).
To date, 146 348 tests have been conducted, 14 382 have tested positive, 6763 recoveries and 400 deaths.
Lesotho received its first batch of vaccine on 3 March, 2021 and the Covid-19 vaccination campaign was launched on 10 March at Scott Hospital in Morija, Maseru and His Majesty King Letsie III was the first to be vaccinated, with the tolling out of the vaccination for all health workers on 15 March, 2021.
I think it’s going to be better now with the vaccine.
