THE famous Lesotho Tourism Festival has been rebranded as the Standard Lesotho Bank LETOFE lifestyle Experience.

When addressing the media on Tuesday, SLB marketing manager – public relations and sponsorships, Mr. Manyathela Kheleli, told the media this week that they had repackaged both the name of the festival as well as the line-up, on a three-year contract basis running up to 2024.

Mr Kheleli said their aim is “to see Standard Lesotho Bank LETOFE Lifestyle evolve and align with developments in the country’s entertainment industry and else-where. We want to see the festival excelling beyond the bounds of music to be a hotspot for all things food, drinks, music, art, and lifestyle like the Standard Bank Luju Festival in eSwatini and DSTV Delicious, which are already embracing this format, while still preserving the festival as a tourism event.

This year’s event will be held on 17 December at Thaba Bosiu Cultural Village.

This year’s event will be a showcase of some local entrepreneurs, Bonono and House of Thethana, where they will showcase their products.

Spetzo Pizza and Linford Vodka will take care of the dining and wining part to complete the experience.

For the line-up, Trompies, Don Laka, Ami Faku and Tortured Soul are expected to share the stage with Lithope tse khang of “Ha ke rata nka e bula”, Juvenile, Mookho, Leomile, Queen Mosia, and Soul Bird Nthakoana.

Tickets are already available at Computicket around the country selling from M250 up to M450.

“General area is M250 and golden circle costs M350. This will run until 25th November. The ticket prices will move from M250 to M270 general area and M350 to M370 for the golden circle until 30th November. Thereafter, it will be M300 to M400 till 9th December.

The general area will be M320 and M420 for the golden circle. At the gate, tickets will be M350 and M450 for the golden circle is M450.

On the day of the festival, tickets would cost M350 for the general area and M450 for the golden circle, Mr ‘Moleli said.
